Insurance
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, services can be covered in whole or part. Don't hesitate to contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician for services to be covered?

Teletherapy
Envision Counseling, PLLC, offers teletherapy for clients who prefer to see a therapist without coming into the office. Online counseling is a good fit for those who live far away from the office location, have busy schedules, or may have difficulties with transportation. Your designated insurance coverage determines the service of online counseling. Envision Counseling, PLLC, assists in determining if online therapy is a viable option for your needs.
Payment
I accept cash and all major credit cards, as well as HSA and FSA.
Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend a session, please cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
